New Treasury!! "Who's Your Daddy??"

YUMMY Gemstones!! =)

Here I am, giddy like a child, wanting to jump up and down and scream "ohmygodohmygodohmygod!!!!" I have come to realize that I am a hourder of gemstones! OK, not really, because I will eventually let them go to someone who will cherish them as much as I do.

Today, I received my first package of goodies that Prilosec OTC has helped me to obtain. I have made a couple of supply/tool orders using the awards I was given to use towards my passion. The first order I put in was for some semi-precious gemstones to use in my jewelry. As soon as I received it in the mail, I had to open it! I was sitting in the parking lot where my mailbox is located, with my 17 month old baby boy in the back seat, playing away with his baby ipod. He didn't mind waiting, he was content and happy! I opened them up and they just took my breath away!! =) Of course, once we got home, I had to take them out again and look at them in more detail. I am amazed at such beauty and I love how they come from the earth. Natural, organic, and precious. I have several ideas of what I am going to create with these and I can't wait to get started!!

Tonight, I took a few pictures of the stones so you can see what they look like before they are used in my jewelry. The pictures don't do these stones justice, but I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!! =)

Pearls, Pearls, Pearls!!!

I can't seem to get enough freshwater pearls lately!! =) Today, I added a new pearl necklace and a pair of pearl earrings to my shop! I think they turned out pretty good! Please take a look...

Gemalicious...

Hi There! =)

Etsy has come out with there new Treasury East!! Yay! Today, I was able to create a new treasury in there and it was fun! I am calling this one gemalicious...  The items I chose are from some of my favorite jewelry creators that I have found a long the way.  I look up to these sellers and there shops.  They have created a business for themselves and they seem to do amazing!! I hope that maybe I could be like them one day!! =)

Gemstone Hoop Earrings

I had a lot of fun creating these new style earrings! =) I think they turned out great! Large amethyst wrapped gemstone hoop earrings and small labradorite wrapped gemstone hoops.  =)

This blog is a great directory for handmade sellers to join! You can get access to many different handmade shops and products.  I like the idea of all these different sellers in one spot to research.  Also, they have blog features and giveaways.  I decided to register and see what happens.  It cost me $25.00 ($10 registration and $15 for the year), and if my shop is accepted, I will get my name out there a bit more! =)

I love being able to see what other artist's out there are making and for me, I buy all my gifts for holidays this way. =)  I support handmade 100% and I also find unique gift ideas for my family and friends!

New Earrings... Spring is in the air! =)

Good Morning!  I posted two new pairs of earrings in my shop today! =) They are very colorful and remind me that Spring is coming!

Rock crystal quartz marquise briolette, wire wrapped in sterling silver, with rock crystal quartz rondelles, pink and green tourmaline and rhodolite garnets all adorning the top of these beautiful earrings! Earwires are handmade my me.  =)

Purple Amethyst heart briolette gemstones on sterling silver spiral charm that reminds me of a music note.  So Pretty!
